Laura Daniels, Founder of Care Advocates, has a been a Registered Nurse for 30 years. She is a Clinical Case Manager, Board Certified Patient Advocate, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. She advocates, guides, and supports clients in need of care options and senior living options. She has worked cared for our senior population as a Clinical Case Manager in hospitals and other care settings. She understands transitions in care and the needs of older adults. She is now using that knowledge and experience to serve our seniors and improve their quality of life.

Laura began Care Advocates with the mission of helping families receive expert guidance at no cost. Laura and her team are passionate, dedicated, and committed to all the families they serve. They are available 24/7 with a guarantee to provide personalized, exceptional, dedicated support for a lifetime. The Care Advocates team educates families and clients in need of care transitions and senior living options. Their mission is to guide and advocate for you and your loved one through the process of finding the best senior care option based on care needs, preferred location and budget. They are dedicated to understanding your needs and concerns when searching for the right senior living options.

Five years ago, she was inspired by someone very dear to her – Judith. She advocated on her behalf throughout all her care transitions from multiple hospitalizations and rehabilitation stays to finally senior placement. Laura visited several communities with Judith and found her a wonderful home in an assisted living community where she lived happily with purpose, friends, and joy. Laura says, “There is no better way to say ‘I understand this process’ than to have gone through it myself, assisting someone I loved. Inspired by Judith I decided to begin my own business, assisting older adults with care transitions, and senior placement”
